How Oak calculates this comparison
Both builds face the same 20 tracked opponents with two shields each. Ratings use the selected inventory Pokémon’s exact CP, IVs, form, status, and moves. A rating of 500 is even; 550 or higher is Favorable, 450–549 is Close, and below 450 is Unfavorable.
